Customer Policies
Custom Fit & Final Approval
Each piece is measured and custom-fitted. Customers approve the chain, placement, fit, length, charms or connectors, and quoted price before completion. Change-of-mind returns or refunds generally are not offered after approval, subject to applicable law.
Lost, Broken or Damaged Jewelry
Permanent jewelry is not indestructible and may break under sufficient force as a safety feature. Lost pieces, missing components, snagging, pulling, stretching, damage away from the original weld, accidental damage, normal wear, tarnish, plating changes, and third-party alterations are not complimentary replacement claims. Paid repair or replacement options may be available.
Charms, Connectors & Clasps
These optional additions may be priced separately unless included in a promotion. A removable clasp changes the piece to removable jewelry. Availability varies.
Minors
A parent or legal guardian must be present and sign the consent form before a minor receives service. Service may be declined when fit, size, behavior, or safety conditions make it inappropriate.
Mobile Appointments & Parties
Lovely Links is a mobile business serving Dayton, Ohio and surrounding areas. Applicable travel fees, party minimums, deposits, event requirements, and cancellation terms are disclosed before booking. A clean, stable work area, adequate lighting, and reasonable electrical access may be requested.
Payment & Sales Tax
Payment is due as disclosed at the appointment or event. Applicable sales tax is collected when required.
Safety & Service Refusal
Lovely Links may pause or decline service when it cannot be performed safely. Customers may stop before welding. Material already cut, fitted, and completed may be chargeable as disclosed before completion.
